Bam Margera, 43, a star of “Jackass” and “Viva La Bam,” was detained in Los Angeles on Wednesday after getting into a yelling war with a woman at a Thai restaurant and being intoxicated in public. Margera’s ex-wife and their little boy, 5, were reportedly dining at the establishment when Burbank police were called.
According to the most recent information on the arrest, the woman who was arguing with Margera has not yet been named. Margera raised a commotion within the business. At 3:45 PM (PST), the moment the cops arrived, Margera was seen pacing in and out of the eatery.
Margera was confused when he was approached by police, the source claims. Margera was detained and booked for disorderly conduct in public. Margera has made multiple attempts to appear drunk in public and has been rehabbed as a result of his alcoholism.

Margera checked herself into a rehab facility in 2009 when friends intervened, but she willingly departed after four days. Since then, Margera has experienced run-ins with DUIs, episodes of public intoxication, and problems with his wife and son on a personal level.

In 2013, Bam Margera wed Nicole Boyd. Boyd filed for legal separation in February 2023 after the couple’s breakup in 2021. In 2017, Boyd gave birth to their son, Phoenix. She said that Margera had turned up to a rendezvous with Phoenix while inebriated.
