So far, Netflix hasn’t said if there will be a second season. But the show has been popular among the streamer, especially after the massive success of Squid Game, which got many people interested in Alice in Borderland’s similarly violent games. If Netflix confirms Alice in Borderland Season 3, it wouldn’t be the same without our favorite duo at the center. You can probably expect Kento Yamazaki to play Arisu again and Tao Tsuchiya to play Usagi again.

Even though Season 2’s plot details won’t be mentioned, it’s safe to say that Season 3 of Alice in Borderland will still have a lot to offer. The show is based on Haro Aso’s manga with the same name, so it’s easy to compare it to the book. However, a sequel coming out in 2020 called Alice in Borderland: Retry would give the show even more, to talk about in future seasons.

Sato Shinsuke, the director, told Screen Anarchy in 2020, “I read the manga from cover to cover, trying to get to the heart of what would make this material fun.” “Of course, I would reinterpret that and give it a new start through my creative process.”

Alice In Borderland Season 3 Potential Premiere Date
Since the second season of Alice in Borderland just came out, it could be a while before a third season is confirmed and even longer before we know when it will come out. But there are reasons to think that Alice in Borderland Season 3 could come out before December 2024, the same amount of time passed between Seasons 1 and 2.
Game Revolution and Radio Times both say that there have been rumors that Season 3 of Alice in Borderland is already in the works. Game Revolution also says that filming for the second season was delayed because of COVID, which could help explain why there was a two-year gap between seasons. So, it seems likely that making Alice in Borderland in the future will go a little more smoothly and, hopefully, faster.
