Ashley Adionser and Tyler Francis are ending their marriage. The Love Is Blind season 7 couple—who met in the pods and tied the knot during the Netflix series—have separated after a little more than a year together, Adionser confirmed in a statement shared with major outlets.
“After much reflection, I want to share that Tyler and I have been separated for several weeks and have now made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” Adionser said. She added that while she had hoped for “mutual understanding and transparency,” she ultimately concluded that “our paths are no longer aligned,” making it impossible for her to continue in the relationship.

The split follows months of public scrutiny surrounding Francis’ family history, which became a major talking point after the season aired. On the show, Francis described himself as a biological donor and suggested he wasn’t actively involved with the children. But subsequent social media posts and online allegations raised questions about the nature of his relationship with the kids and whether Adionser had been told the full story before the wedding.
Francis addressed the controversy during the season reunion, explaining that he had stepped in to support a friend and her children after a difficult situation and said he had been trying to protect the children’s privacy. Adionser, for her part, said publicly at the time that she had been aware of key details, even as she acknowledged disappointment with what she viewed as a lack of clarity.
After Adionser’s announcement, Francis also spoke out, saying he took “full accountability” for his role in the relationship’s breakdown and emphasizing that the situation had been painful and public.
In coverage of the split, multiple outlets noted that Adionser asked for privacy as she navigates the transition and focuses on her well-being.
Adionser later expanded on the emotional toll in additional interviews and podcast appearances, describing how the post-show fallout changed how she viewed her marriage and what she needed moving forward.
