Inside ‘Below Deck’ Season 12: The New and Familiar Faces Joining the Crew at Sea

Date:

Below Deck is setting sail again with a refreshed crew mix—and the promise of the franchise’s trademark pressure-cooker dynamics. Season 12 returns to the Caribbean, island-hopping around Sint Maarten, Anguilla, and St. Barths, with charters that look luxe on the surface and messy behind the scenes.

Who’s returning for Season 12

At the top of the org chart, Captain Kerry Titheradge is back to run motor yacht St. David after taking the helm of the flagship series in Season 11. He’s joined by returning Chief Stew Fraser Olender, whose high standards have made him a central figure in the interior department’s drama cycle.

Also returning: deckhand Kyle Stillie, who—per early-season previews and coverage—finds himself at the center of fresh chatter as the crew’s off-hours dynamics spill into the workplace.

Meet the new crew members

Season 12’s new hires bring fresh energy to both departments:

  • Chef Lawrence Snowden steps into the galley, where timing, guest preferences, and crew expectations can make or break a charter.

  • Bosun Caio Poltronieri leads the deck team, a role that often becomes the season’s stress test—balancing safety, leadership, and a rotating cast of personalities.

  • Deckhands Jess Theron and Damo Yorg join the exterior crew, where long days, tight quarters, and hierarchy can spark quick alliances (and faster feuds).

  • On interior, new stews Barbara Kulaif, Rainbeau de Roos, and Solène Favreau round out Fraser’s team—an especially high-pressure assignment given how much the show’s drama tends to hinge on service standards and shifting loyalty lines.

  • Early reporting also suggests Captain Kerry faces escalating personnel and operational headaches this season—everything from tense crew dynamics to major on-water complications—setting expectations for an eventful run.

When it premieres and how to watch

Below Deck Season 12 premieres June 2, 2025 at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo, with next-day streaming on Peacock (U.S.).
