Kim Kroy Divorce ‘Real Housewives Couple Separation Update

According to two sources, Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann’s divorce took a very long time and was mainly brought on by their persistent financial issues.  She has obtained exclusive information from a friend of The Real Housewives of Atlanta star that she had been planning to divorce her spouse of almost 12 years for “a long time.”

The friend reveals, “She hadn’t told anyone, not even family.” She kept it a secret from everyone, including her pals. The acquaintance claims that the couple’s persistent financial difficulties, which include the foreclosure of their Georgia mansion and recent rumors that they owe the IRS over $1 million in unpaid taxes, played a significant role in the breakup.

( contacted the IRS for confirmation but were informed in a statement that “Federal law prevents the IRS from confirming or denying correspondence with any taxpayer or case, nor does the IRS comment.”) The friend responds, “Money has been a big problem.” “The million-dollar tax [payment] was too much pressure for them.”

Another insider confirms that their divorce was influenced by money and claims that the two are no longer friendly. “Neither side is engaging in cheating. There were other issues, but the source claims that money played a significant role in the separation. He’s been running [the family] for a while, so he had a job in theory. They are currently not friendly.

The acquaintance says that despite the issues seeming to have existed for a long time, it hasn’t made the divorce news more straightforward. The acquaintance mentions Zolciak-Biermann and Biermann’s four children: sons Kash Kade, 10, and Kroy Jagger, 11, and twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren, who are nine years old.

“They are a very tight-knit family, and this isn’t easy for any of the children,” the friend says. In 2013, Biermann legally adopted Zolciak-biermann’s older daughters, Brielle, 26, and Ariana, 21. Has contacted Biermann’s and Zolciak-biermann’s representatives for comment.

The foreclosure of the couple’s Georgia mansion recently brought attention to their financial difficulties. In response to the couple’s default on a $1.65 million loan they obtained for the property in October 2012, Fulton County shared a notice in February stating that Trust Bank would auction the property in front of the Fulton County Courthouse.
